I have 5 spots available for a new, comprehensive online fitness coaching program! This program will run for 8 weeks and includes an efficient exercise program that can be done at home in a short period of time, nutrition guidance and behavior change coaching. There's no need for time-consuming appointments or costly gym memberships. There will be questionnaires, weekly workouts and other tasks all exchanged through my training app right on your phone. And I'm available for questions throughout the 8 weeks.
